The Legacy
Project

Because a lifetime of wisdom should not disappear.

Why this matters

Every leader builds something that outlasts them

Almost none of it is ever written down.

The lessons, the turning points, the philosophy earned over decades — they live in one mind, and then they are gone. We exist to make sure they are not.

A leader whose story deserves to be preserved
The core promise
“We help leaders, founders and families intentionally preserve their stories, values and contributions — for the generations who come after.”
We don’t sell videos or books. We preserve the people behind them.
What you’re really keeping

You are not buying a film.

01

Preservation

A life, captured before it fades.

02

Meaning

The lessons made plain for those who follow.

03

Continuity

Values that carry into the next generation.

04

Succession

A foundation the heirs can stand on.

05

Legacy

A name remembered, on purpose.

Who this is for

The people whose stories matter most

I have learned so much. I don’t want it lost.
Primary

Retiring leaders

CEOs, country managers, development-sector and public-service leaders, university heads. Aged 55–75.

My grandchildren don’t know our story.
Secondary

Family founders

Founders in manufacturing, real estate, agriculture and retail — long horizons, many heirs.

Our institutional memory is leaving with them.
Tertiary

Institutions

Companies marking 25, 50 or 100 years. Foundations, NGOs and universities preserving memory.

How it works

Five stages, one story

01

Discovery

45–60 min

A free conversation about why now, and what must never be forgotten.

02

Legacy Design

2–3 hrs

We map the life — the story blueprint and production plan.

03

Collection

1–3 months

Deep interviews, family voices, archives, photos and film.

04

Creation

Varies

Book, documentary, archive — crafted with care.

05

Unveiling

One evening

An intimate gathering where the legacy is revealed.

A limited invitation

We’re selecting a small number of founding families for 2026.

The Legacy Project is boutique by design — a handful of engagements at a time, so every story gets the attention it deserves. Founding clients help shape the experience and are the first to be honoured with a full Unveiling evening.

What founding clients receive
  • Direct access to Laura throughout the process
  • First priority on scheduling and delivery
  • A say in shaping their own Legacy Design
  • The first Unveiling evening of the season
What we believe

Everybody is interesting.

And some stories are too important to be lost.

Common questions

What clients ask before we begin

A free, 45–60 minute conversation — no obligation. We talk through why now, and what would be hardest to lose.
4–6 weeks for a Portrait, 2–4 months for an Archive, 3–6 months for an Institution engagement — depending on scope.
A boutique team of three: Laura leads every interview, Diana runs coordination, Andrew manages editing and archiving.
The Legacy Archive and Institution packages include family and colleague interviews, not just the primary subject.
After the Discovery Call, a 2–3 hour Legacy Design session maps the whole story and produces a fixed proposal.
Often, yes — many families commission a Legacy Archive as a milestone birthday gift for a parent or grandparent.
